We are currently in dispute with Micro$ft regarding our right to supply Recovery CDs & the right of owners to be able to obtain Recovery CDs rather than having to buy another copy of Win XP or a new computer (despite customers owning a license).
Although we consider our case to be proven (their Partner Dept originally told us that we did not need their permission to supply machine specific Recovery CDs) and although they do not supply Recovery CDs and although they have been recommending that people contact us for replacement Recovery CDs, they are now trying to stop the supply of Replacement CDs.
This case will be heard in the UK courts and we fully expect to win. However, we have withdrawn our CDs from sale in countries covered by these pages until the case is completed because this could complicate matters.
