Genner Communications (UK Based) can claim to have founded and originally developed the Computer Recovery - Computer Restore and Computer Re-Image Service. Our founder is a fully qualified Computer engineer who used to develop and install specialist computer systems nationwide for numerous clients (including multiple systems for the MOD). He also used to travel the UK (covering 120,000 miles per year resolving Computer problems in homes and offices for a number of clients (including major insurance companies).

During this time, he realised that many people had lost, damaged or failed to create their Computer Recovery discs, Restore discs or Computer Re-Image discs and so he began building a vast library. He contacted the major manufacturers and reached agreements with them. He contacted Microsoft, explained that he wanted to be able to supply these products and became a Microsoft Partner. He then commenced trading as Genner Sales - Genner Communications and developed the concept of Total Customer Support which is still at the heart of our business.

What is "Total Customer Support"?

Put simply; our Computer Recovery, Computer Restore and Computer Re-Image product will work. If a customer encounters problems; they can contact us and we will usually resolve any issue over the phone, via email, by re-sending the product or by creating a specialist solution. If this fails, the customer can deliver the system to us and we will perform the re-installation in-house at no extra cost (there is no charge to customers for the expensive part of the repair; labour costs).

Genner Sales; International is part of the Genner Communications group. We are a privately owned business with offices in Telford (UK) & our internet services are based in Slough (near London).

Genner Sales; International are  dedicated to providing the best possible value products with the best possible service at the best possible price. In line with our commitment to providing a superior service, Genner Sales; International provide free technical support with all of our products.

Although Genner Sales originally limited itself to trading within the UK, we rapidly found that people from all corners of the globe required our products. Consequentially; we now trade worldwide & have rapidly built up a loyal & diverse set of clients, with the bulk of our overseas orders coming from North America, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Holland, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, South America & China.

The Genner Sales IT department deals with all computer related enquiries & is staffed by highly qualified & experienced engineers, with additional support being available via our sister company; A&A Computers. Our product range now includes Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 Recovery Disks, Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 Restore Disks, Car Repair Manuals & Motorcycle Repair Manuals. Many of our products are simply un available elsewhere & our product range is continuously expanding. Our IT product Order Processing & Customer Services department is headed by Joanne. We regularly receive letters of thanks & commendation.

Additionally; our customer base ranges from Government Departments & Agencies (worldwide), and from Sole Traders to Multinational Corporations. However; the bulk of our orders come from private individuals & such is the level of our service that customers are regularly referred to us by market leaders such as Dell, Compaq, IBM, HP, eMachines & Microsoft.

Our Car manuals & Motorcycle manuals department supplies CD & DVD based workshop manuals for many major brands & models of cars, vans & motorcycles.

The order processing & dispatch Depts pride themselves on the fact that the majority of international customers receive their orders within 5 working days. This is because although many companies dispatch orders by the cheapest possible means, we do not.

We process virtually all orders on the day of receipt & send all international orders by first class air mail or via our download facility.

Genner Communications was originally designed, formed and owned by Kevin Genner. Having successfully traded for a number of years, Kevin has now released ownership so that he can concentrate on developing a range of Free UK Online Local Directories covering London and major towns and cities throughout the UK (starting with the Midlands). However; Kevin is a fully qualified computer engineer with considerable - irreplaceable experience. He has therefore agreed to retain a position within Genner communications as Head of Technical Support.

Windows XP, Vista & Window 7 Repair - Computer Recovery Disks

Many Major PC manufacturers originally supplied their computer systems with one or more hard drive recovery CDs or DVDs (also known as hard drive restore CDs or DVDs). These disks usually contain an image of what was on the computers hard drive when it was first bought, & they allow you to return the machine to its original state. This is particularly useful if the machine has been attacked by a virus, if the original hard drive has developed a fault, or if you simply wish to replace or upgrade the hard drive, & need to re-install your software.
